Our Concierges work with multiple security agencies and conduct personalized and extensive home checks. We also provide waiting services, bring in packages, check lights, run vehicles, and additional lifestyle services. Our company manages bill payment and invoice approvals for many client vacation homes.

- Personal Concierges – Concierges can stock groceries and household items prior to arrival and make sure your home is cleaned and organized after your departure.
- Resort Style Service- Our team can arrange for personal chefs, massage therapists, car service, restaurant reservations, etc. We also arrange to pick up/drop off your car at the airport for our private airline clients.
Home Maintenance
We coordinate expert reviews of items that should be looked at on a seasonal and annual basis. Whether it’s a roof inspection, cleaning dryer ducts, tree trimming, or something else, we can schedule inspections and oversee the work to be done.
Moving Management/Relocation Services
Essential Concierge manages moves (both in and out) for clients as well as home organization setup. Our team also assists with delivery and project scheduling, along with waiting for services such as the internet or home theater set up. Whether it’s household moving companies, vehicle/boat deliveries, livestock shipping, or something else, we’re up for the task.

Additionally, we can act as an extra set of hands to pick up needed items to keep projects moving smoothly and timely.
