Our concierges are experienced in making events come together beautifully, and we also make sure our clients are paired with the best vendors and resources for their budget and needs.

Whether it’s accommodations for out of town guests, centerpieces, or the intimate details such as readings, music, seating charts, our personal concierge will look out for every detail. Your time is valuable and we want you to enjoy every moment. After all, a wedding should never feel like a chore.

6 Weeks – and less (starting from $1200)

Whether you’ve just gotten engaged –and plan to marry quickly, or you’ve planned most of the wedding, we can step in where you’ve left off. Our wedding concierge will troubleshoot, secure loose ends, and manage the final arrangements to make your special day perfect.

  • We’ll coordinate your rehearsal
  • And most importantly, our concierge team will help wherever help is needed

Full-Service Coordination (starting from $2300)

Essential Concierge can help couples that want guidance from the beginning of the planning process through their wedding day. Our fees include unlimited email & text communication.

Bridal Showers & Help with Other American Traditions

San Diego is a community filled with diverse cultures from all over the world. When you’re new to a community and you’re responsible to plan a bridal shower or purchase an appropriate gift, our team can help. We know that these things are not always easy when you’re not accustomed to local American or religious traditions. Our highly trained Personal Concierge can guide you through the process of what to expect or can plan the party or event for you. Pricing varies based on individual needs.  Contact us to learn more.
